Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy 
All confirmed bookings are subject to a £15.00 Cancellation Fee once booking is made. All reservations must be cancelled in writing by e-mail or fax 2 days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellation by phone will only be accepted when cancelled directly with the Hotel manager. In the event of a No-Show or Cancellation in breach of the above policy, the cost of the FIRST night per room will be charged to the card given as guarantee.


The same rules apply for any modification and will be treated as per cancellation policy. Only 1 modification is allowed per booking.

Group Booking Policy

A group booking is when 3 or more rooms are booked together as one reservation regardless of number of nights. At time of booking a 25% non-refundable deposit will be taken. We require 7 days notification from arrival date for a cancellation, otherwise the first night cost of all rooms will be charged. Modification during the cancellation period will be treated as cancellations.

Credit/Debit Card guarantee terms and conditions

A booking will only be confirmed once we have received VALID credit/debit card details. Upon arrival at the hotel at time of check-in payment is to be made. The card will be authorized prior to arrival, if the card cannot be authorized, a charge for 1 night for each room reserved will be liable. Any booking whose card is not authorized will not be honored and will be released.

Third Party Credit Card (Cardholder Not Present)

If the card and cardholder will not be present, or if the cardholder has made the reservation on behalf of someone else, we will require:

Signed written authorisation from the cardholder to charge the card for the reservation stating the guest name(s) and booking reference.

Full address of where the card is registered.

Copy of the front and back of the card.

Copy of ID if the back of the card does NOT have the card holder’s signature.

A surcharge of 5% will be applied for card holder not present transactions.

Room Occupancy
Rooms are only to be occupied by guests who are staying in the hotel; any visitors must report to reception and sign in as visitors. We do not allow Hotel Guests to have visitors in the rooms after 9pm.  Should we find any room to be over occupied we will levy additional charges as we see fit or ask the room to be vacated.

No Smoking Policy
Jubilee Hotel is a No-Smoking Establishment, therefore we ask our guest not to smoke in any rooms, even if they smoke outside through the windows as smoke can affect other nearby rooms. Any room which has been found to have been smoked in will subject to a one night charge for loss of income and additional cleaning cost.

Guests Valuables
Hotel guest are informed that the proprietors of the hotel will not hold themselves responsible for the loss of: or damage to, any article or articles of value unless they are deposited with the management for safe custody, and a deposit receipt has been issued.

Room Service, Linen and Towel change.
We have daily cleaning of all rooms between 10am and 2pm we expect that rooms are able to be cleaned during these hours. Should any guest decline room service for a number of days we reserve the right to inspect such rooms and be able to clean the room as we see appropriate.  We provide fresh bed linen and towels on day of arrival, which are changed after a minimum of 3 nights, except if your stay is for 4 nights we change after the 2nd night. Guest can help preserve water and lower energy usage by using their towel more than once. Should a towel change be required please leave it in the shower tray after use. A towel hung up to dry means “I’ll use it again”. All towels provided must be exchange old for new, additional towels will incur additional charge of £1.00.
